Marc de Fritsch

Marc de Fritsch has been the managing director of MASA since April 2018. General in second section of the Army, Marc started his career as a helicopter pilot. Then, he was assigned to positions of responsibility within the Ministry of Defense. He was also an advisor for the secretariat of the National Defense and Security Councils from 2013 to 2016.

Graduated from Saint Cyr and ESSEC, Marc has published two thrillers under a pseudonym as well as an essay.

Rémy Gilet

Remy Gilet

Rémy Gilet has a degree in mechanical manufacturing engineering and started his career at MATRA DATAVISION as an R&D engineer.

He joined MASA Group in 2002 as the first Project Manager for SCIPIO (Brigade PC Training System for the Army. He created the service division of the company. . In 2008 he became Vice President in charge of the development strategy of the French speaking markets.

Yann Prudent

With a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Yann started his career as a software engineer at EMC.

In 2011, Yann joined MASA Group to create and head the quality department. In 2014, his fine knowledge of the software publishing field and his technical expertise naturally lead him to evolve to the position of CTO of MASA. 

Since then, he has been in charge of the company's technological needs, R&D as well as the organization and management of the teams.

Amina Oulebsir

Operations Manager

Amina Oulebsir

A graduate of ESSEC in management and corporate strategy, Amina also holds a diploma from the Ecole des Beaux-Arts.

After extensive experience in the events industry, Amina joined MASA over 20 years ago as an administrative manager specializing in labor law.

 

Today, as Director of Operations, she is also responsible for human resources and the company's administrative department.

Enrico Raue

Enrico Raue

Enrico Raue started his career as a mechanical engineer in Sweden, where he first became interested in simulation systems. He joined MASA in 2011 as a development manager for international markets. 

Enrico is a recognized partner of many industrial companies, organizations and armies in the field of virtual and constructive simulation. He is also specialized in the application of artificial intelligence to these fields.

Marco Blasich

Marco Blasich started his career in 1990 as a hardware technician at a COMPAQ dealer in Italy. In 1993 he was co-founder and System Operator of one of the biggest BBS (Bulletin Board System) in Italy. Marco joined MASA Group in late 2011 as Director of Professional Services. Polyglot and well-travelled, Marco is Director of the Brazilian subsidiary of MASA Group: MASA do Brasil since 2017 and in charge of the business development in the United States.Since 2020 he oversees the civil security and crisis management markets.

Ariane Bitoun

R&D Manager

Ariane Bitoun

A graduate engineer from ESIGELEC, Ariane worked in video games and artificial intelligence and joined MASA in 2006. 

Ariane managed the development of the SCIPIO V1STAB project before taking charge of the R&D cell.

Laurent Di Cesare

Laurent Di Cesare

Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSTA, Laurent worked 10 years at Dassault Systèmes before joining MASA. He worked on a virtual simulation before joining the SWORD team and becoming head of the services team.

Mathieu Igarza

Product Manager

Mathieu Igarza

Mathieu has an expertise in ethology, decisional AI and military simulation. He joined MASA in 2002 as a specialist in behavioral modeling and military doctrine. In 2012, he joined the product training and pre-sales team. Since 2016, he is SWORD product manager.

Antoine Blossier

Graduated from EPITA in 2010 with a specialization in cognitive science and advanced computing, Antoine joined MASA in 2011 as an R&D engineer. In 2018, he became Lead Developer SWORD and oversees the product development, chooses the technical directions to follow and manages the development team.

Philippe Bithorel

Quality manager

Philippe Bithorel

Philippe holds a master's degree in History on the French Revolution, Philippe then pursued training to become a software developer.

He joined MASA in 2011 as a QA analyst. Since 2014, he is leading the QA team and supervises the quality of the product.
